Hi, I’m Aisha Malik, a certified nutrition coach with a background in Public Health and a mom of three who has walked the postpartum weight-loss journey myself. In each of my three pregnancies, I gained between 20-30 kgs, which caused me health issues. I have faced the challenges of postpartum recovery and understand how tough it can be to prioritize your health and fitness during this phase of life. My passion for fitness and nutrition grew from my own experiences. I was told by many that I would never be able to go back to my pre-baby weight! So, I took that as a challenge. Through hard work and consistency, I not only transformed my body back to pre-baby weight but also became increasingly interested in the role that nutrition plays in improving one’s health.

After my master’s degree in public health, I delved deeper into the field of nutrition and earned a certification in nutrition coaching. My educational background has allowed me to approach nutrition from a holistic, evidence-based perspective and given me the tools to provide expert, science-backed guidance to help women navigate their journeys toward rebuilding their strength, confidence, and better health.
